I design and rebuild websites for businesses in Nantwich and Crewe that are not getting enquiries. I also run Google Ads and set up analytics so you can see what is working and what is not.
If your website gets traffic but no leads, I fix what is stopping people from getting in touch.
For businesses in Nantwich, Crewe, and across Cheshire.
Visitors leave before they see what you offer. A few seconds of delay costs you enquiries.
People land on your site and cannot find what they need. There is no clear next step. They leave and try someone else.
Your site talks about what you do. It does not explain why it matters to the person reading it. If visitors do not see their problem, they leave.
Real feedback from people and organisations I have supported with websites, content, promotion and digital communication.

"Joe played a key role in promoting the ADHD Andy talk at NYCC. He added the event to the website, created Facebook posts, helped secure a Nantwich News press release, and provided engaging photos from the evening. The event had 25 attendees and was a fantastic night. Joe was also super welcoming and approachable on the night of my presentation."
People stopped leaving early. Enquiries followed.
People stayed longer. They didn't drop off straight away.
Load time (seconds)
Performance score
When a page loads in under two seconds, people stay. They see the offer. They read the next line. That is when enquiries happen.

Google Ads landing page review
The Feed Group campaign was getting people to the website. The problem happened after the click.
When someone searches, clicks an ad and lands on a page that does not answer the right question quickly enough, the budget gets spent without producing an enquiry.
That is the part VMC looks for: not just whether traffic is arriving, but whether the next page gives people a clear reason to act.
The campaign had enough activity to show that people were interested.
The landing page had to answer the question behind the click more directly.
The next step needed to be clearer, faster and easier to trust.
If your ads are getting clicks but not enquiries, the answer is not always more traffic. Sometimes the page after the click needs fixing first.
Website structure and community content
Nantwich Youth and Community Centre did not need a louder website. It needed a clearer one.
The work focused on making key information easier to find, turning repeated questions into clearer pages, and using regular content to show what was happening inside the centre.
For a community organisation, that matters because the website is not just a brochure. It helps parents, visitors, organisers, trustees and funders understand what is going on.
Admin time saved

Repeat booking questions reduced because the website answered more of them before someone had to pick up the phone.
What improved
Consistent content gave Nantwich Youth and Community Centre a more visible rhythm online. The website became easier to use, and the social updates helped show activity rather than just announce it.
“The website now answers questions before people need to ask.”
Visitors land on your site and leave. I rebuild the structure and messaging so the next step is obvious and enquiries follow.
I took one site from a 14-second load time to under 2 seconds.

Every sale is a data point. Over time, the pattern shows what people actually need. I follow that pattern instead of guessing.
Ahrefs Health Score improved from 71 to 91 after technical SEO and crawl fixes.
A Cheshire East organisation had an existing WordPress site that was hard to navigate and maintain. Here is how I restructured it and what the search data showed six months on.

Low enquiries could mean a traffic problem or a conversion problem. Here is how to tell the difference and what to fix first.
Read this case study →Most websites don't fail because they look bad. They fail because no one made the next step obvious.
This works best if you already get some traffic, want better enquiries not just more, and want clear answers instead of guesswork.
Your website stops being a brochure. It starts bringing in enquiries.
I check speed, structure, and messaging. You get what is not working, what I would fix, and a clear next step.
I'll tell you what's stopping people getting in touch.
Most people miss this on their own.
No pressure. I'll just show you what I see.
Or email me if that's easier
